Each onsite device communicates with the ZOOM system and reports its current status, the state of the various network connections, and how the tunnel and routing rules are configured. ZeroOutages support team can make changes to the device by submitting updates which the devices will download automatically.
Our branded partners, and their customers, may login to the ZeroOutages device to view network usage reports, email alert settings, and other device specific rules. Our partners may also perform SNMP and/or API queries to the devices in order to gather usage data and generate their own customized reports.
