Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Any hardware appliance sold directly by XRoads Networks may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase order date for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping costs and support/restocking fees under the following conditions.

• All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA number.
• RMA numbers MUST be obtained from XRoads Networks.
• Returned units MUST be received in resaleable condition (see below).
• Returned units MUST include all of the original cables, mount kits, packaging and other components which were originally shipped with the product.
• Returned units MUST NOT have scratches or any damage that would keep the unit from being resold.

The condition of any returned unit is determined in the sole judgment of XRoads Networks. Evaluation orders: Any significant damage, missing components or missing internal packaging will result in either a restocking fee or the return not being accepted. Standard sales orders: These are new units taken from stock and thus any return is subject to the highest return standards. Any accepted return which has been opened and shows signs of being used will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Upon the issuance of an RMA number the return MUST be delivered to XRoads Networks within 15 days of the issuance date in order for the return to be accepted. If a return takes longer than 15 days, and it is accepted, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
