Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Any hardware appliance sold directly by XRoads Networks may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase order date for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping costs under the following conditions.

• All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA number.
• RMA numbers MUST be obtained from XRoads Networks.
• Returned units MUST be received in resaleable condition.
• Returned units MUST include all of the original cables, mount kits, packaging and other components which were originally shipped with the product.
• Returned units MUST NOT have scratches or any damage that would keep the unit from being resold as new.

The condition of the unit is determined in the sole judgment of XRoads Networks. If any damage is found or if there are missing components the return may not be accepted. If the returned does not include all of the original packaging or if there are any missing cables, etc. then the return is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Upon the issuance of an RMA number the return MUST be delivered to XRoads Networks within 15 days of the issuance date in order for the return to be accepted.

NOTE: NFR units are not covered by our standard return policy and are non-returnable.
