All installation support calls are scheduled in order to ensure that our customers work with a tier-one engineer for their installation. Installation support is included with any UBM appliance purchase and is included with any support plan purchased with the aXcel platform.

30-DAY UP AND RUNNING GUARANTEE: XRoads Networks developed a three step process for getting your appliance deployed fast and easy, typically between 15 minutes and an hour. We have a one call issue resolution policy.
